As established by Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (LCEur 2016, 605) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and the Organic Law 3\/2018 (RCL 2018, 1629), of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, ACTIVATIC INVEST SL informs about the following:<\/p>\n

2.-PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT<\/p>\n

The purpose of data processing is different for each of the processing activities carried out by lentitat. You can check this in detail in the Register of Processing Activities. <\/p>\n

From a general point of view, the processing of personal data at the ENTITAT is identified with the different functions it performs and which correspond to:<\/p>\n

– Encouraging technology transfer and promoting innovation.<\/p>\n

– The training and improvement of students, graduates and qualified professionals.<\/p>\n

– The promotion of the knowledge of other languages and the diffusion of Spanish.<\/p>\n

– The promotion of labor insertion and professional development of students and university graduates.<\/p>\n

– To be the instrument of coordination and management between the LENTITAT, companies and other public or private institutions, for the proposal of activities, fundraising and financing of these activities, as well as their dissemination.<\/p>\n

3.-WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?<\/p>\n

The processing of personal data is done for the fulfillment of legal obligations by the ENTITAT, for the fulfillment of missions carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred, as well as when the purpose of the processing requires consent, which must be provided through a clear affirmative action. In the same way, there is legitimacy in the processing for the execution of a legal or contractual relationship driven by the data subject. <\/p>\n

– Financial institutions.<\/p>\n

– Insurance companies.<\/p>\n

– Public Sector Contracting Platform.<\/p>\n

– Public registry of contracts.<\/p>\n

– Auditors of research projects.<\/p>\n

– Audit comptables.<\/p>\n

– Entity in charge of occupational risk management.<\/p>\n

– Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social.<\/p>\n

– Trade union organizations.<\/p>\n

– Fundaci\u00f3 Estatal per a la Formaci\u00f3 a l’Ocupaci\u00f3 (Fundaci\u00f3 Tripartita).<\/p>\n

– Companies and entities with which agreements are subscribed.<\/p>\n

– European Projects Office.<\/p>\n

– Entities responsible for the maintenance of the assistance machinery, within the framework of services rendered.<\/p>\n

Target companies for training activities.<\/p>\n

– Public Administrations that finance the programs (City Councils; County Councils, Regional Government and Ministries).<\/p>\n

– Forces and security forces of the State.<\/p>\n

– Courts and Tribunals.<\/p>\n

5.-INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS<\/p>\n

There may be international transfers of data, taking into account the geographical location of the company participating in Spain. It always has the informed consent of the interested party (article 49.1.a of the RGPD). <\/p>\n

6.-HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP YOUR DATA?<\/p>\n

The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are requested and to determine the possible liabilities that may arise from the processing carried out, in addition to the periods established in the regulations on archives and documentation.<\/p>\n

7.-WHICH ARE YOUR DRETS AND WHERE TO EXERCISE THEM?<\/p>\n

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation of the processing of data that is carried out by the ENTITAT.
